Invoicing end users direct enables content providers to define the charging architecture they need to support their products. Services offered include - Games, charity, weather and traffic, picture messaging, WAP/GPRS access, sport, least cost routing, sport results, horoscopes, dating, adult recorded, SMS chat, adult chat, party lines, competition, internet access, racing, ring tones and logos, product and site access codes, screen savers, movies and video.
AGREEMENT / CONTRACT
The customer makes an agreement by using one of the privately billed special rate services. The customer is informed on-line of the services charges, terms and conditions prior to the service sessions commencing and the agreement being made. Continuing with the service beyond these details confirms acceptance of the charges, terms and conditions and authorises the use of the number of the caller and/or all details associated with the user session for billing purposes.
Charging is initiated from acceptance of the terms during the call*. Introduction and explanation of charges during the call are free of charge*. All services are charged at the rate given prior to start of the services
.
A one off surcharge relating to the billing of the service may be charged. Late payment charges and debt collection fees may be added to late payments.
*Where applicable your telephone line or mobile network provider will bill separately for access to the number called.
USER DETAILS
Telephone user details have been identified by reading the calling line identity (CLI). User sessions have been identified by login IP session details. TeleBilling agents obtain the user details by calling the user and requesting the user name and address.
Please always check that the telephone number listed as the client number on the front page of your statement is identical to your telephone number. If it is not your telephone number please contact customer services.
BARRING ACCESS
By calling or writing to customer services you may bar your telephone number from any future calls though TeleBilling’s billing services.
